Paquin Park is a Paquin Capital project on a 1.02-acre property in Brookhaven, Atlanta. It is two things at once: my home base and headquarters, the place I run everything from, and a living proof-of-concept for the experience-driven hospitality work I advise on, where the thesis gets tested on my own ground. Inspired by my family's transformation of Paquin Farms into a hospitality destination, it carries that approach into one of Atlanta's most sought-after neighborhoods.
Acquired an equity stake in an existing Mellow Mushroom franchise at a discounted price alongside a mentor and partner, negotiated a new lease, and led renovations, operations, and KPI tracking. Sold the business and the lease in 2020.
Helped transform a traditional tobacco and cattle farm into a tourism-focused destination with vineyards, short-term rentals, and home-pad development sites. Consolidated 23 individual parcels into clean development sites, managed multiple CAPEX initiatives, and ran the short-term rentals.
Before there were deals, there was the farm.
My father built Paquin Farms from the ground up — hundreds of acres in Edmonson County, Kentucky, carved into something extraordinary through sheer force of vision, grit, and an unrelenting belief that land should be cared for and brought to life. He didn't just build a farm. He built a model for how to steward a place with intention: the fencing ran straight because he cared about the details; the vineyard was planted because he believed in doing something nobody else in the region had done; the log cabin, the gazebo, the pond, the event barn, the welcome center — every structure was a statement about what it means to build something that lasts.
What he instilled in me had nothing to do with real estate as a transaction. It was about land as a living thing — something that deserves respect, long-term thinking, and the courage to invest before anyone else sees the value. That foundation shapes everything I do today: the way I evaluate a site, the way I think about a market, the way I approach a deal not just as an asset but as a place where something real is going to happen.
Every acre I've underwritten, every lease I've negotiated, and every site I've selected carries a little piece of what I learned walking that farm with him.
Managed real estate operations and land development for Paquin Farms, a multi-use agricultural and events property spanning hundreds of acres in Edmonson County, Kentucky. Responsibilities encompassed land planning with plats and surveys, property management, vendor and contractor coordination, and end-to-end infrastructure development — including road grading, fencing systems, electrical, pond construction, and the build-out of guest cabins, the welcome center, the event barn, and the gazebo. Also handled brokerage activity for adjacent parcels, including the listing and marketing of farm tracts, developing branded signage and listing materials for rural land sales.
Led all operations of French Fort Vineyards, an estate winery and agritourism destination on the Paquin Farms property. Oversaw vineyard planning and development, winery operations, complete brand identity creation, event programming, and wine business strategy — drawing on Wine Business Management studies at Sonoma State University. Directed brand and marketing efforts from logo design to on-site signage to digital presence. French Fort became a destination for tastings, private events, and farm-to-glass experiences in Kentucky's emerging wine corridor.
